What does shipping cost and what is your shipping policy?

We ship orders based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the day your order is placed. To ensure the quality and timeliness of your delivery, shipments are scheduled as follows:

  • Ground and 2-Day Air: Monday–Wednesday
  • Overnight: Monday–Thursday

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the service selected.

Important: An adult (21+) must be available to sign for delivery.

Col Solare is committed to responsible wine sales. Additional information may be requested to complete our age verification process and ensure compliance with alcohol shipping laws.

Where do we ship?

State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are only able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed in the table below. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses. Some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery. The information below is a summary of the quantities we can ship.

Final local and state taxes will be calculated on email order confirmation once the shipping address is reconciled in our system.

What is your delivery schedule?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Ground – Ships Monday–Wednesday (weather permitting)
  • 2-Day Air – Ships Monday–Wednesday
  • Overnight – Ships Monday–Thursday
How do extreme weather conditions impact shipping?

To ensure your wine arrives in excellent condition, we may delay Ground shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold. We recommend choosing expedited shipping in those situations to avoid weather-related delays.

What is your return policy?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order—changes after checkout are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

If your wine is damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory, contact us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as permitted by law. In some cases, we may ask you to return the remaining product.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge and can be selected at checkout. Orders will ship on the next applicable shipping day based on your selection.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We recommend using a business address, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed by 8:00 a.m. PST Monday–Thursday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. will ship the following applicable shipping day.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning your shipment to our facility.
