2005 Release Date: Mid-2008

Noted as the “right down the fairway'” year, the 2005 vintage was characterized by a lack of extremes. Yields were average, as temperature and precipitation were very near long-term average, with the exception of a fairly warm, dry bloom period. Harvest started in mid-September and lasted throughout October due to moderate temperatures. Much of the fruit experienced long hang times.
